NT404

All-Season Truck/SUV Radial

The NT404 is an entry-level all-season radial designed to handle the tough loads of today’s most popular full-sized trucks and SUVs – without sacrificing performance or ride comfort. The unique double-V tread pattern provides excellent dry and wet traction and adds extra braking stability. The spiral-wound cap plies and reinforced bead filler add stability while accelerating, cruising and braking. The finely notched tread pattern helps absorb road noise for a comfortable, refined ride.

The unique tread block groove design channels away water to improve wet traction while the large shoulder blocks deliver outstanding handling in dry conditions. Unlike many SUV or truck tires, the 420S has a non-directional tread pattern that can be rotated front to back and side to side for even wear across the tread. Dune Grappler™

Desert Terrain Light Truck Radial.

The Dune Grappler Desert Terrain tire was designed for the enthusiast who spends time both on- and off-road. Utilizing advanced computer-simulation technology, the Dune Grappler’s flamed tread block arrangement reduces tire pattern noise commonly associated with aggressive tires, while still providing a traction-oriented tread pattern for off-road use. The construction strengthens the sidewall to prevent punctures and the tread pattern minimizes road noise to provide a comfortable and civilized ride. The Dune Grappler also features Bead Block™ technology to protect wheels from curb damage. The Dune Grappler is offered in higher load range rating of “D” and “E” in certain sizes. The higher load ratings make the Dune Grappler capable for use with heavyweight trucks, such as the ¾-ton and 1-ton Super Duty and Heavy Duty, as well as other large and mid-sized trucks on the road today.
